The Créac'h lighthouse is the taller lighthouse of Ouessant Island. Visible until 150 km, it's a powerful luminous source.
In this exposure, another lighthouse, a celestial one, is visible on the upper left of the lighthouse. It's the planet Venus which is vivid in the twilight of this February 2004. At the far right, the star Vega, one of the brightest star of the northern sky, squeeze through a hole in the clouds.
My friend Jérôme pose for this picture despite the chill under the powerful gusts of this tip of the world island. |
