I'm still continuing my project consisting in taking pictures of all the Full Moons. I only missed one Full Moon in February 2006, but Martin Bernier sent me a picture he took. Then, from May 2005 to December 2006, I have totalized 20 consecutive Full Moons from Quimper: people prentend that the weather is bad here in Brittany!
With those pictures, I have realized this animation showing the Moon's libration and its variation in diameter:
- animation in Flash (800 x 800 pixels, 3.11 MB)
- animation in GIF (800 x 800 pixels, 5.68 MB) |
