Last stop on my way home at 2:30 AM. I'm in the picturesque village of Locronan, one of the most beautiful village of the country. At this time, the village is in the deep dark as no street light is illuminated. It's very contrasted at night compared to the crowded place during the day.
The Milky Way is vertical. It emerge from behind the tower of the church of Locronan with Aurigae and Taurus. Higher, one can see Cassiopeia, Perseus, the Great Andromeda Galaxy on the right, and then the Cygnus near the top of the photo. |
