Still near the horizon, Hale-Bopp exhibit its two colorful tails. On April 1997, it was in Perseus.
In this wild field picture, we can see Cassiopeia above the comet and Auriga on its left. In the center, down, Castor and Pollux from Gemini, then the Beehive star cluster and the Lion higher on the left. On the far left, an orange Mars is shining. Finally, above the picture center, the Great Bear. |
