The cumulonimbus with flat top are generally with flat hexagonal ice crystals which favor the appearance of sundogs (parhelion). That's why I was waiting the cloud to shift hoping to see a sundog. And I was rewarded. I made a quick animation showing how the sundog is changing as the cloud is shifting:
