The Milky Way is extending above the South horizon. Very bright in Sagittarius, although partially masked by the light pollution, it passes through Scutum and Ophiucus, the little Sagitta constellation, Lyra and finally Cygnus. higher on the right, Draco and Cepheus on the left.
The use of a Star filter gives the stars their shape.
