The Full Moon occur when the Moon is exactly at the opposite of the Sun. The anticrépuscular rays are those faint dark rays converging at the opposite of the Sun.
So, what can you guess? The Moon isn't Full yet, because it isn't located where those rays converge. In fact, the Full Moon is for the next day, just after noon.
Notice that the Moon is embeded in the Belt of Venus.
