The constellations near the Celestial North Pole are cirumpolar, i.d. they never set for our mid-latitude, spining eternally around the star Polaris. The following constellations are visible from top to bottom: The Great Bear on the left, Draco surrounding the Little Bear, with Cepheus under and Cygnus on its right, then Cassiopeia near the big rock.
