The South coast of England is at a mere 150 km of Etretat. And a wide light pollution halo is visible toward North. It is the light of Brighton, or may be London (located some 250 km away!).
In the sky, Cassiopeia is drawing an E on the left, and the star Vega (in Lyra) is at the bottom right. And Polaris is just above the middle of the sky.
