Why buying expensive memory cards when some photobank are less expensive and have more storage
capacity? I bought it when a 1 GB CF cost 50 €. For about 100 €, I bought on Ebay the Digimate and a 30 GB hard disk.
Now, I can leave home for a long time without being feared of missing of storage capacity in my memory cards. And with the money
I saved, I bought a fast PNY 80x 512 MB compact flash card. I also have a 256 MB CF card sold with the Canon DSLR.

I'm not skinflint, but I'm happy to build my own accessories when it's possible. And build a
wire remote control for my Canon 350D is easy. And I add it a RS232 port to connect (in the futur) a Palm to make a timer
remote control.

My Mergez refractor is a simple doublet, so it suffer from chromatism. This filter is design
to get ride of the purple halo around bright objects. It's rather efficient, but it tint the image in green. With Photoshop,
I'm able to correct the white balance afterward.

Williams Optics DCL-4337 eyepiece |

This eyepiece is necessary when you need to use your telescope as telelens with a camera
whose you can't remove the lens. With it, you can fix your compact or bridge digital camera to capture the image cast by
your intrument. I made my Moon libration animation with this eyepiece and my Camedia 5060 bridge.
