On early August, as I was supping near the beach with my familly, I took three pictures of the Belt of Venus (whic is the Earth's shadow in the terrestrial atmosphere) rising in the sky above the East horizon. Those photos have been taken respectively, from the higher to the lower, 10, 15 and 20 minutes after the Sunset.
Notice that the dark blue-grey band (the shadow) get more and more thick and the orange tint of the clouds disappear, while the Moon is shifting toward West.
